Katie’s diverse professional experience has been an asset to Bridge House since its inception. She’s had experience in media relations, sales & marketing, CRM management, human resources, and more! Katie enjoyed her work in the tourism industry, which included the Director of Tourism for Salt Lake. She has also found great satisfaction in helping others through her own professional organizing business. Her introduction to the mental health field came as she worked as the Operations Manager for a psychological evaluation transcription company, allowing her to interface with countless psychologists and mental health professionals. At Bridge House, she oversees the development and management of office systems. She maintains compliance standards and employee relations, training, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and supporting the overall goals of each department at Bridge House. Katie is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Northern Utah Human Resources Association (NUHRA).
PERSONAL
Katie is a Utah native and enjoys playing in the outdoors with her husband, four boys, and dog. She loves to stay active in the mountains and deserts year-round. She also loves helping family and friends organize their spaces.
