PROFESSIONAL
Carol started her career in the mental health field as a psych tech at Bridge House in 2017. Over the past several years at Bridge House, she has held several positions, including floor manager, aegis instructor, and scheduling coordinator. Carol is now providing care to our residents by stepping into the Bridge House in the Assistant Program Director role. Carol is passionate about working with people and helping them develop and grow their leadership skills. She loves teaching about the importance of relationships and communication. She believes these skills are the foundation for helping individuals at Bridge House feel valued, heard, and, most importantly, understood. Carol is currently working on her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.
PERSONAL
Carol loves to spend time with her husband and two beautiful children. As a family, they enjoy traveling together and have especially enjoyed time exploring South America and Europe. Carol’s other hobbies include hiking, camping, riding motorcycles, reading, and in nature with her three dogs.

Carol believes that when an individual feels connected, cared for, and safe, they are able to start their path to healing. She believes that mental health is an internal part of our well-being, and when we are in an environment that promotes connection and safety, we can regain hope for a better life and a better future.
